Lots happening. Get ready for a big announcement. That's all we can say, but check back. You may have noticed no Winter newsletter. Well, trust me it is worth it. We have been working hard on arrangements to finalize the location. Check back and don't forget to sign up for the newsletter, so you will the first to know!! If your Mac user friends have had problems with our site, please tell them we are working on our redesign to fix the problem.
The museum's new building plan!
The new building's domed structure will provide unobstructed exhibit views, and will save 40% on the cost of utilities! The Sixties Museum is all about education. The complex will feature 200,000 square feet of exhibits, virtual reality displays, a theater, The Sixties Museum Toy Museum, The Living Vietnam Memorial, The Sixties Museum Blues Memorial, a research library, classrooms and so much more! NASA has scrapped pieces of history to keep within budget guidelines. An Atlas missile site is rusting away; thousands of feet of Vietnam military film is fading that should be preserved for the Vietnam memorial. Only your contributions and help can make this happen. WE NEED YOUR OLD PHOTOGRAPHS AND MOVIES. ANYTHING SIXTIES!
